Founded in 2018, Heroes Home Connection is a New Mexico-based company made up of dedicated real estate partners and service providers committed to giving back to our community heroes. Getting Started is super easy! Simply complete the form below and submit it! Next, you’ll be contacted by the Heroes Home Connection (HHC) Administrator as soon as possible. Once qualified, our HHC Administrator will introduce you to our TEAM – which consists of an Approved Affiliate Lender and Approved Affiliate Realtor or Real Estate Broker.

Please note: You must use one of our Approved Affiliate Lenders and Approved Affiliate Realtors to utilize our program.
